New canape menu

We've been spending the last couple of weeks re-writing and re-trying our canape menu. The new menu is full of our latest creative ideas. We are now fully ready for all manner of spring garden parties, cocktail events, fancy gatherings, or whatever comes to mind.
Cheers!

I'm a truly Ottolenghi, not kidding.I'm living in Bologna, Italy. I found your name reading the Guardian online, and through this I got your site where I came across deliciuous recipes, fresh and natural. I love cooking, particularly your kind of food. Which sounds little odd in a city known for heavy lasagne and meatsauce. You'll be very inspiring for me. Ciao
Adriana, good to hear from a newly found relative. Bolognese food is delicious! Thank you.
These canapes look gorgeous, I love red onion in Guacamole. I have your book and really love the fresh recipes. The prawns with black olives and Sambuca is amazing! I will hopefully see ye in Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork later this year!
I am a convert to your delicious recipes. Having discovered your cookbook in a book store in australia last year - I have tried so many recipes with huge success and compliments from friends and family. Travelling to London also last year I had to visit your shops in person and was amazed at the quality and selection on offer. I have now ordered the latest book "Plenty" online and am eagerly awaiting the arrival in the post. To pour over the pages and plan my next feast gives me inspiration and joy. Thank you.
Karen, Enjoy Plenty and hope to see you back in London soon.
My husband and I had lunch at your place in Ledbury Road last Saturday week - we had been travelling in Hungary, Croatia and Turkey and when we saw your fresh food in the window just had to come in!!
We had to wait ages for a table but we were determined to wait and were not disappointed - food so beautifully fresh and flavoursome and also have bought your book.
Took your meringues and raspberry lollipop to a friends later in the day and she asked how we found you as she has you do catering!
Back home in Australia now and hopefully settle down and try and replicate your recipe's.
@Sandie, hope you get it right!
