I have a question regarding your recipe for Tabbouleh in Jerusalem (p. 85): Is the quantity of Bulgar mentioned - 30g - correct? Shouldn't it be something like 90g (which you mention in a previous recipe)?
In other words, is this a typo?
@Galid, I have published different versions of tabbouleh. The Palestinian style has more bulgar. Our recipe in Jerusalem celebrates the herbs and spices.
