   I don't know how much work it is or what is behind your decision, but hopefully you reinstate your cooking classes in 2013 - in one version or another.

   Dear Yottam,

   I've loved your food for so long and delighted that you have so many platforms now in which to show your food. I would so love for you to open a place in Manchester, you would do so well here with so many diverse cultures and in particular Middle Eastern population.
   There is a place called West Didsbury a suburb of Manchester which is a long street with many different types of food; you would do so well here. I'm sure you're busy enough but you could always take a look !
   I would so love to work with your types and flavours of food, have cooked with many of your ingredients for years now with Claudia Roden as my teacher in her books.

    I would love to book a place on a course also. If you start an email list please add me to it so I can book as soon as it's available. My wife is working her way through your books now. It's ruined my post-xmas diet.

    My boyfriend and I love your cook book/restaurants! We are looking forward to come to 2013 class, whenever it happens. In fact, I wanted to give it as a birthday gift to him. His birthday is on 6th of March. If anything changes until this date/or later too. Please let me know..it would be the best gift for him! Thanks guys for sharing your amazing labour of love.

    Hi Yotam

    My daughter Sukanya's 25th birthday is on 20/6/13. Her wish is to have a meal at one of your restaurant when you are present there for 3 of us. I hope you will let me know if this is possible. We live in Twickenham, therefore London would be most suitable. Dates can be flexible. Sukanya uses your recipes and feeds us wonderful and healthy meal for all of us.
    In addition I wanted to gift her your cookery classes which are no longer available, this is very disappointing. May I request you to let me know when they are available for me to book.
    I will be very grateful.

    Thank you all for your messages, Sami and I have chosen not to host cooking classes this year. We will let you know what our plan is for 2014 as it gets nearer.

    @Priti, That's a very lovely idea. I suggest contacting our Islington or Nopi restaurants early if you want an evening meal, as they book up early.

    Unfortunately it is hard for me to say which nights I will be at the restaurants. When you book, ask them to pass on your reservation date to my assistant and I will see if I can pop in.
