Ottolenghi at WastED

7-png We have teamed up with Dan Barber and his WastED project and will be serving afternoon tea on the roof at Selfridges on March 21st-24th. All the dishes need to be the result of food which would otherwise go to waste – cauliflower stalks, potato skins, biltong dust, cucumber seeds, Goldrush apples (at the end of season), bergamot, cod heads.
