  • NOPI: The Cookbook Ingredients Super barberries
(26/09/2014) I've never tasted them before and cooked with them tonight in a rice dish. Lovely, almost sour tasting. Definitely would recommend them. They give a real Middle Eastern flavour to a dish.

(22/01/2014) I couldn't find these anywhere so was pleased to find them here, and they are delicious in sweet and savoury dishes - they add a sour goodness to everything!
  • NOPI: The Cookbook Ingredients Crowd pleaser
(21/12/2013) I am a huge Ottolenghi fan. It was his Saffron rice with barberries recipe that turned my father in law into a fan too! Barberries are like dried cranberries but a bit sharper and add the perfect zing to any dish.
