Charissa Fraser

True to her nature, an unconventional path brought Charissa to her current position as the manager of Ottolenghi’s bakery in Camden, where she supervises the making of sourdoughs, jams, sweets in bags and other famous treats.

Among other things, she travelled widely across the globe, oscillating between her native Australia and her newly adopted home in London; she completed a BA in Film Production, cooked at Movenpick’s in Victoria in the 90’s, failed to get accepted to Horticultural training but did manage to secure a desired apprenticeship in what she calls “the McDonald’s of the pastry world” (no name given).

Charissa is a person of the small details and processes, which makes our Camden outpost a perfect home for her.
