You only need a quick glimpse at Toni’s colossal selection of Australian Women’s Weekly, Gourmet Traveller and other countless food publications, to realise you’re dealing with a passionate pro. Area manager of our three West London shops, Toni has been an ardent home cook since the age of 11, when she was taking part in the elaborate preparations of her Lebanese family’s feasts in her native Sydney.

Toni has worked for various cafes in the city before having a break to raise a family (constantly cooking and baking for the fortunate bunch!), move country and do part-time work in medical research. Throughout this time her passion for good food did not diminish and her eye always stirred towards the Ottolenghi website. A cautious email landed her both a position and a big responsibility, ensuring the smooth running of our stores.
