Can I Alter My Order After It’s Been Placed?

Do You Ship To Australia?

Yes we do, although each territory that we ship to outside of the UK has different import restrictions, so unfortunately we cannot ship all of our products to all territories. Please consult the product page of the item you’re interested in, it will clearly state what can be shipped where.

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?

Most orders for the UK that are placed before noon, Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day unless they contain fresh products that are made by hand in our bakery. Occasionally this will add an extra working day to the dispatch of an order. 

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the next busniess day. Larger items like hampers may take 2-3 working days to dispatch. For international orders delivery times vary from 2-5 days. See our Delivery & Returns.

Can I Send Someone A Gift?

We often send gifts on behalf of people but please confirm that someone will be home at the address which you’ve given us. In the case of international gifts there can occasionally be issues with customs clearance, in which case we may need to contact the recipient.

Can I Place An Order Well In Advance Of A Particular Date?

Can I Buy Alcohol From Outside Of The Uk?

Unfortunately we can only send wines to customers within the UK.

Why Can't I Buy Wine From Outside Of The Uk?

Overseas alcohol sales require us to have an exporter’s license and usually the buyer is required to have an importer license as well, so unfortunately we cannot sell wines or other alcohols outside of the UK.

How Do I Get Fresh Products From You? Is Shelf Life An Issue?

Many of the products we sell are made by hand in our bakery and have a relatively short shelf life as our products do not contain any preservatives. We take care when packing and dispatching these goods, and we use the fastest possible transport for our packages but there are still limitations on where we can send some products. If you are concerned about the shelf-life of our products please check the shelf life given on the product page.

Can I Order Ottolenghi Catering Online?
